Phion Trends

Terms of Service

Last updated May 2026

Phion Trends is a demonstration product. These terms are provided as a realistic example and are not legal advice. For a production deployment, replace this document with terms reviewed by qualified counsel.

1.Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Phion Trends (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a brand or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.

2.Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Brands (tenants) control who may join their workspace. A brand administrator may invite, approve, suspend, or remove members, and may set per-member usage limits.

3.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to breach tenant isolation, no scraping or reverse-engineering, no uploading unlawful or infringing content, and no use that violates the terms of the connected social platforms.

Trend analysis draws on publicly available social content via third-party provider APIs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any surfaced content complies with the original platform’s terms and applicable copyright law.

4.AI-generated content

Phion Trends uses AI models to summarise and score social content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You should review and edit any AI-suggested trend, caption, or hashtag before publishing it as your own.

You retain ownership of the posts you create. Phion Trends does not claim ownership of your content.

5.Usage limits and costs

Trend analysis consumes metered AI and data-provider quota. Per-user and platform-wide limits may apply, and requests may be rejected or queued when a limit is reached.

Brand administrators and platform administrators may adjust these limits within the platform’s configured ceilings.

6.Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

As a demonstration product, the Service may be reset, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phion Trends and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9.Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to the team that operates your Phion Trends deployment.
