Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, username, optional avatar and bio, and the role(s) you hold within each brand workspace.

Usage data: the trend-analysis jobs you run, your content preferences, the posts you publish, and an audit log of privileged actions.

Operational data: request identifiers and server logs used to diagnose errors and monitor the health of the Service.

When you run a trend analysis, the Service queries third-party provider APIs (for example the YouTube Data API) for publicly available social posts. This public content — titles, view counts, thumbnails, links — is cached to power your trends.

Phion Trends does not access private social accounts and does not post on your behalf to any external platform.

To operate the Service: authenticate you, scope your access to the correct brand, run trend analysis, and personalise the trends you see.

To enforce limits and track cost: usage is metered against per-user and platform-wide quotas.

To keep the Service secure and reliable: logs and audit entries help us detect misuse and debug issues.

Social post text is sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic) to extract themes and score relevance. Only the content needed for that analysis is sent. The Service does not send your password or other credentials to the AI provider.

When the Service runs in mock mode, no external AI calls are made and synthetic results are used instead.

Each brand’s data — members, posts, trends, audit history — is isolated at the database level using row-level security. Members of one brand cannot see another brand’s data. Only platform administrators operate across brands.

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the infrastructure and AI providers strictly needed to operate the Service (for example, the database host, the AI provider, and the social-data provider APIs).

Account and usage data is retained while your account is active. Cached social content and trends are periodically refreshed and superseded. As a demonstration product, the entire dataset may be reset at any time.

You can update your profile and content preferences at any time from the settings pages. To remove your account, contact a brand or platform administrator for your deployment.

You can also choose the light or dark interface theme; that preference is stored only in your browser.
